Our vintage inventory has been safely packed away in our archives and only one order processor pulls our vintage pieces. All vintage clothing was originally steamed prior to storing. We ship most clothing and small / or lighter weight items, including bags, clothing, and shoes complementary through USPS Priority Mail and items are insured for the full purchase price.

DELIVERY RATES 
We work hard to secure the best delivery rates and service for you through our network of white glove moving partners. Before delivery, we ensure that your purchase is carefully and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. All furniture items are blanket wrapped and delivered by our white glove moving partners, while small or lightweight items are bubble wrapped and shipped via UPS or Fedex. Please check the delivery details in each product description to determine available delivery methods.
Delivery rates will be calculated based on your shipping address. Please add this item to your cart to calculate delivery charges.
DELIVERY SERVICE OPTIONS
White Glove Delivery (Estimated 3-6 weeks for delivery) - White Glove Delivery service includes bringing the item into your home and placing the item in the room of choice on the main level of your home. This service includes light assembly and the removal of packing materials. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
Expedited White Glove Delivery (Estimated 2-3 weeks for delivery) - Expedited White Glove Delivery service includes shipping the item to the city closest to the final destination. Once the item reaches the destination city, you will be contacted by the White Glove moving provider to schedule the delivery date and timeframe. The service includes bringing the item into your home and placing the item in the room of choice on the main level of your home. This service includes light assembly and the removal of packing materials. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
Residential Curbside Delivery (Estimated 1-2 weeks for delivery) - Curbside Delivery service includes delivering an item to the end of your driveway or home. The moving provider will contact you in advance to schedule a date and timeframe for the delivery. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
Business Curbside Delivery (Estimated 1-2 weeks for delivery) - Curbside Delivery to a business includes delivering an item to the curb of your business. Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
*Abby Essie recommends using our White Glove Delivery option.
For Abby Essie trade members, we offer the option to use your own preferred moving provider for order pickup and delivery. Trade members who select this option are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation. The provider must be insured and all sales would be final.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Simply notify our client relations team by email at abbyessie@yahoo.com or call us at 1-404-543-6310
RETURNS POLICY
At Abby Essie, we take great pride in the quality our merchandise. We carefully inspect every piece on our site for condition and authenticity, and make every effort to fully disclose all details of each piece in our product descriptions. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and notify us of any damage or change in condition as soon as possible.
If, within 48 hours of delivery, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund. Please contact abbyessie@yahoo.com to initiate return of an item. Note all returned items must be in their original condition at delivery and include their original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility. Refund will be reduced by a 15% restocking fee, and if it was a free shipping item, the original shipping will also be deducted. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will credit your original form of payment.
